The Lake Placid Olympics, 1932 {Worthy Pause Of The Week}

My pal Liz Welle (the funniest Minneapolitan on Twitter, by the way) led me to this incredible video of the 1932 Lake Placid Winter Olympics and I had to share it too.

I waxed and whined about this year's Olympics in Sochi last week, so this week I'm just pausing to marvel at this 90 year-old footage and a few vintage photographs of the games.
